I’m always keeping an eye out for great new recipes and new books that come out. Now I’m not a fan of keep physical books, as to be honest I just don’t read them, and who really has the time? My new found love is e-books! So I love when you buy a book and it comes with an e-book. Win! straight away you have the cook book in your hands, ready to go and ready to cook.

This past week a wonderful new cook book came out! The Healthy Mix 2. With a bunch of new beautiful recipes, Nikalene Riddle the author never lets you down. If you don’t have any of her books, the bookpacks she has are well worth their dollars.
